Post Card Analysis

This is a postcard from Manchester to Brussels with the sent and received stamps and also the message from Manchester to Brussels and reply back from Brussels. The date is unconfirmed but the stamps date around 1911 so you would assume the postcard is around the same time. You can see some age on the postcard from the de-colouration of the paper which has a goldfish tint. The stamps from each place which confirmed that the postcard arrived at both ends and the postage stamps were approved and by the Belgium.

  1. It's great that you have found examples relating to your chosen city to analysis however you need to look at artists/designers work to in order to inform your work. You have completed in-depth analysis of Zim and Zou and Peter Callesen but as these are paper artists it is important that you look back to the brief and select an illustrator whose work you find inspiring

    the brief: http://ccgraphicslessons.blogspot.co.uk/2012/02/exam-unit-2-lesson-1-exam-paper-and.html

Once you have selected one please complete 1 further in-depth analysis of their work.
